 여행사가 있습니다. 

여행사는 여행사의 손님의 카드를 본인들 마음대로 쓰며 잘 못 사용된 돈을 돌려주지도 않았습니다.  

Fraudulent Activity로 형사 고발을 하고 싶습니다 어떻게 해야할까요?

여행사는 손님에 항공사의 핑계를 대며 항공사로 부터 돈을 받아야 돈을 돌려 줄수 있다고 하며 돈을 돌려 주지도 않았습니다.


이와 같은 사례가 많은 여행사 입니다.

YOU MUST AVOID THIS COMPANY FOREVER. MY MOM HAD A SERIOUS CREDIT CARD FRAUD WITH THEM RECENTLY. WE ALSO, FOUND OUT THAT HER TICKET FARE WAS DOUBLE-CHARGED. THEY KEPT THE MONEY UNTIL MY MOM FINDS OUT ABOUT IT AND CALLS THEM WHAT HAPPENED. LONG STORY SHORT, THEY PURCHASED OTHER PASSENGERS TICKET USING MY MOM’S CREDIT CARD. SAME EXACT SITUATION WITH JOHN BELOW. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE TRAVEL AGENCY. THEY EVEN CANCELLED MY MOM'S FLIGHT WITHOUT ANY NOTICE AND LATER, WHEN WE ASKED FOR AN E-TICKET NUMBER, THEY GAVE SOME OTHER PASSENGER'S E-TICKET NUMBER. SERIOUSLY? WE CALLED THE AIRLINE DIRECTLY TO CONFIRM SUCH RESERVATION. BUT WE WERE TOLD BY THE AGENT THAT THERE'S NO SUCH RESERVATION MADE UNDER MY MOM'S NAME. THEY ARE NOT FORGIVABLE. WHAT THEY ARE DOING IS A COMPLETE FRAUD! I DON'T KNOW HOW THEY OPERATE THEIR BUSINESS LIKE THIS. SUCH HORRIBLE FRAUDSTERS.
